Is it necessary for me to be there while my house is being cleaned?
You are not necessary to be present while we finish your cleaning. Finally, we leave the decision to you. You can opt to be present during our visit, or you can offer a key to your house, which will be securely stored.
What should I do if I need to postpone a cleaning appointment?
To reschedule a cleaning, please contact our scheduling staff at least 48 hours in advance. Because we have a lot of clients, we will try to find another appointment to take your space. Please be advised that if you do not provide adequate notice, you may be charged a $50 fee for a late notice cancellation or reschedule.
What about my valuables?
If you have any valuables, heirlooms, or irreplaceable things in your home or business, please store them or advise us not to touch them during our cleaning services. A closed door or drawer indicates that we should not clean a certain region. We have all relevant insurances in the event that harm occurs.
Will I be required to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
You will not be required to bring any cleaning supplies or equipment. Our team arrives fully equipped with the required cleaning products, mops, vacuums, and other materials. Please let us know if you have any unique items that you would want us to utilize.
How will I pay for my cleaning?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express credit and debit cards with the following logos: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, UnionPay, Diners Club, and American Express. We accept Amazon Pay as well.

Cash payments are not accepted.

What if I'm dissatisfied with my service?

We do our work because we want you to be happy. If you are not completely pleased with our services, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
